I'm passionate about helping individuals and families understand their attachment patterns and build healthier relationships. My work centers on cultivating reflective capacity—the ability to understand internal experiences—using attachment-based modalities. I offer specialized support in early childhood mental health, providing dyadic (parent-child) therapy, individual therapy for young children (ages 0-7) using play-based methods, as well as individual therapy for adults from all stages of life wanting to explore their own attachment styles and relationships.
