I provide useful and effective tools and methods to go forward with a healthier understanding and approach for yourself and your valued relationships at home and in the workplace. I will maintain a safe, sensible and positive perspective. I specialize in solution focused, client centered feedback informed sessions. Therapy may be briefer, I teach many relaxation practices in a psycho educational and experiential way. I can also enhance your options with hypnotherapy to show you awareness of yourself, which you may have neglected.
