Thank you for visiting my profile. I am passionate about helping teens and adults find and maintain balance in their lives. My practice is about enabling individuals to recognize and address the obstacles that are keeping them from finding that balance. I work with adolescents and adults. I am especially interested in helping adolescent girls develop the skills and confidence to face the ever increasing pressure in their "girl" world (social media, relational aggression, body image, etc.), in a positive way. Therapy dog available for those clients that wish to use as part of therapy.
