I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been in practice for over 30 years. I am Board Certified (BCD) and have a Diploma in Clinical Social Work (DCSW). I love my work, and I love helping clients achieve their goals. I believe that therapy is a journey of self-discovery. It can be very exciting when reaching your full potential of where you want to be in your life. I like to incorporate many different approaches when providing therapy. However, therapy is forever evolving depending on the client and what their needs are at the time. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is primary, along with Behavioral and Family systems.
