I see my role as helping people learn to trust themselves, to respect their own strength, and finally to build healthier relationships both personally and professionally. I am a solution focused therapist who takes a more active role n the counseling sessions. I have extensive experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I have specialized training and experience in treating depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and substance abuse, and family problems. In addition, I direct a practice of 11 psychologists. Together it means we have the ability to match the right person to your particular needs.
