About

Sometimes life looks fine on the outside, but inside it feels confusing or heavy. You might feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you want, or tired of trying to be okay when you’re not. Many of the people I work with, especially Asian American adults and children of immigrants, carry quiet stories of pressure, loss, and longing. Others come in simply because life feels off and they’re ready to understand why. You don’t have to figure it out alone. As an Asian American therapist and child of immigrants, I understand the tension of moving between cultures, expectations, and different versions of yourself. My approach is warm, relational, and process-oriented. I draw from psychodynamic, family systems, Brainspotting, and Restoration Therapy to help you make sense of your story and reconnect with the parts of you that want to heal and grow. Clients often describe our work as grounding, honest, and freeing.
