Having worked as a LCSW for over 24 years, I assist my clients in identifying the strengths and skills they already possess. Then strive to work with them to find practical skills that fit their lifestyle and are useful in helping them reach the goals they have set for themselves towards a much happier and peaceful life. During my years as a therapist, I have had the opportunity to work with children/families and adults towards building better relationships and navigating issues from ADHD, anxiety, depression and divorce to healing from trauma. I have am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as Certified Bariatric Counselor as well.
