Years of experience with movement, animals, and mental health have driven me to work clients to take a holistic look at their obstacles and make sustainable changes. Maybe you are looking to explore anxiety, previous trauma, or any other number of mental health related concerns- all while walking in the fresh air, interacting with animals, in the office, or through telehealth. I believe that developing a strong therapeutic relationship and engaging the mind and body will help you reach your individual goals. I have developed an eclectic approach- pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness based, and nature/animal based orientations. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders but work with many different diagnoses, and those who identify as first/second generation American, military/veterans, and first responders.
