I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in practice for over a decade. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families and my specialty is relational issues and family dynamics. I invite people of all ages (4+) and have experience working with those struggling with trauma, family conflict, divorce/separation, infidelity, emotional abuse, problems with intimacy, disconnect from partner/spouse, behavioral issues, and difficult transitions. I focus on communication, healing, and reparative work as well as increasing self-awareness and one's sense of self. My approach is collaborative working with clients to identify which tools and strategies will best address their challenges and needs. I value honesty and authenticity and focus heavily on the therapeutic rapport.
