As a licensed clinical psychologist, I strive to create a space that is warm, safe, and collaborative. I work with individuals who want to improve their quality of life by exploring areas that may be causing them stress (e.g., relationships, grief, identity, depression, anxiety, life transitions etc.). We would also explore how these stressors may be related to their current or past relationships, whether it be family, friends, children, partners and/or peers. I consider my approach to be direct and open, as well as compassionate and flexible.
