Life circumstances can sometimes feel overwhelming and just plain hard. If you are at a loss and in need of talking it through to gain some clarity, I can help. I work with adult women managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, difficult life transitions and more. I have a special interest in working with people struggling with infertility, high risk pregnancy, pregnancy and infant loss, and adjusting to parenthood. I also have great interest in working with individuals that have endured medical treatments and need support building a life that looks different than you had anticipated.
