I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck, misunderstood, or caught in patterns they cannot fully explain. Many people come to therapy feeling blocked in their life journey, repeating cycles such as addictive behaviors, or carrying a long-standing sense of being different without knowing why. These experiences can lead to discouragement and disconnection. I offer a supportive, collaborative space to help clients gain clarity and begin moving forward. My approach is relational, culturally responsive, and grounded in family systems work. I integrate family systems therapy, attachment-based approaches, CBT-informed and skills-based interventions, and play- and activity-based methods when working with children.
