I believe that a direct and honest approach is generally the best method for establishing and continuing to build a solid relationship based on trust between the client and clinician. I am a compassionate and empathetic person whose goals include assisting my clients with working through their current struggles, whether they be new or deep rooted, so the client can begin to cope and understand why they feel the way they do.
