I approach therapy as a collaborative process. It is my goal to create space within the therapeutic relationship for a person to fully explore and identify their needs and what is important for their growth. My therapeutic approach pulls from multiple modalities. Strategies and interventions are suggested based on an individual person's needs. As a therapist I offer direct observations, feedback, and suggestions. It is my belief that people are the authors of their own life and I hope to support that process.
