I am a Licensed mental health counselor who offers an open-minded, empathetic perspective, that helps strengthen one's individuality. I have been in the field for about 9 years as a mental health advocate and practitioner and have a passion for working with individuals of all ages/races/communities who are burdened with anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions and personality disorders. We can work together to create a place where you can focus on your well-being while talking through your life challenges. We will look at the problem patterns preventing you from having the life you want, the love you crave and the desire you miss.
