I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Addiction Professional (CAP), Qualified EMDR Counselor. I have been working in the counseling field since 2009. I have a wide variety of experience working with teenagers and adults helping them overcoming their anxiety, depression, trauma, building self-worth, achieving their goals, and feeling a level of peace and confidence that never fully experienced before counseling. I use CBT, REBT, DBT, and EMDR in therapy to help you to achieve your goals and have a peaceful and joyful life.
