Just as music, art, food, seasons and politics resonate with people on uniquely personal levels, so too does therapy. As a Humanist, I integrate multiple treatment modalities to address metal health challenges including fear, sadness, anger, frustration, trauma, guilt, shame or feeling "stuck." The core of my practice encourages continuous translation of therapeutic insights into personal growth opportunities. Integrated interventions may be insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, mindful and/or supportive to help explore and understand who you are, where you come from, who you want to be and what gets in the way.
