Hello! I'm Rachael Hanaya, a licensed clinical social worker in California (LCSW 114343). I provide person-centered, strengths-based therapy focusing on who you are and the growth you want to achieve. I work with individuals of all ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds and am a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ ally. I typically work with clients who have challenges with anxiety, depression, job stress, medical stress, and relationships. I utilize mindfulness, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, problem-solving, and cognitive behavioral modalities in my practice and will tailor our sessions according to your goals.
