I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 18 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression. Life transitions such as a new career, a recent graduation, transition to college, or issues with relationships all increase stress, sometimes to uncomfortable levels. Therapy can help us understand how we are feeling and learn ways to manage our emotions. I take an open, empathetic, and non-judgmental stance on the issues my clients present during sessions.
