Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides a safe and empathetic environment for anyone looking to make change and feel more empowered in their life. I use a supportive and non-judgmental approach to increase a healthy insight of your thoughts and feelings. We will work together to increase awareness of your self talk and core beliefs, allowing yourself to challenge unhelpful thoughts when coping with life's stressors. We will work on validation and acceptance of daily difficulties such as loss, work related issues, interpersonal concerns and relationship/family stress.
