Understanding how your mind works can change everything—how you learn, how you work, and how you see yourself. I’m a Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) offering psycho-educational assessments for children, teens, and adults to better understand learning differences, ADHD, and attention challenges. I also provide counseling and coaching focused on executive-functioning skills, social skills, and emotional regulation. My work is supportive, practical, and strengths-based—helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and strategies for real-life success.
