I take Region 1 Medicaid and have lived 16 years in Routt County. With 19 years experience in the field, many of my clients run depressed, anxious, feel they are overly sensitive, or have experienced trauma of any kind. I also see a lot of burnt out women who are in the helping professions, like nurses, teachers, and moms. While it is true that life will always hold challenges, sometimes they just feel excessive and overwhelming, which makes it hard to feel like yourself. I want you to to feel confident, clear, and compassionate toward your self and the world. I believe every living person deserves that. It is your birthright. View 5 Photos In session, we would likely do a lot of talking, but we may also create imagery (art therapy), explore meditation/mindfulness practices, do EMDR (a method to clear out trauma). I like these particular methods because they are gentle, yet powerful agents of change.
