Emotional pain can sometimes feel worse than any physical pain you have experienced. It can stem from anxiety, depression, anger, conflict in relationships, past trauma, diminished self-esteem, adjustment related concerns, or other current situations impeding on your ability to function as your best self. I work with adolescents to senior adults. As a strengths-based therapist, my approach is to use solution-focused techniques in guiding you to realize the tools and skills you possess to overcome the issues you are facing. My goal for everyone I encounter is to offer hope and healing along your journey of discovering a life of fulfillment and peace.
