We all have a need to feel seen and understood. Different experiences in our life sometimes leave us feeling misunderstood by ourselves and others. During our work together we will identify these misunderstandings and work towards alleviating the pain and suffering they have caused. I am consistently inspired by the strength and vulnerability of those seeking change. I have deep respect for how difficult and gruesome the process can be and consider it an honor to walk alongside an individuals' path towards healing.
