My passion is to work with clients with ADHD, ASD, trauma, relationship stressors, LGBTQIA+ struggles, and chronic health issues. I focus on evidence-based, somatic therapy in sessions. This type of therapy combines the mind, body, and spirit on a deeper level than other therapy techniques. Somatic therapy is helpful if you ever felt like talk therapy was not the right fit.
