Life is challenging. Even when we are doing our best, we may still experience anxiety, depression, stress, moodiness, relationship challenges, and difficulty in life transitions. I provide online therapy for adults, couples, and families in Idaho, offering a thoughtful and compassionate space to explore what feels overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. Some of these experiences come from events we remember clearly and want to understand; others feel harder to name and can interfere with our ability to feel better or live the lives we want. Through psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, we work together to make sense of both.
