I am here to help guide you through a new journey to be able to regain control over anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, major life transitions, and self-identity. I specialize in working with children (learning disabilities, foster care) to adults who have experienced life challenges (single-parenting, Post-Partum Depression, domestic violence, childhood abuse, sexual abuse).
