Holistic healing is an important part of a person's journey in ensuring that they are receiving help in every area that is needed. When getting to know my client's stories, I work collaboratively to help clients feel empowered to make needed change as they are the expert of their stories. I work hard on creating a space of inclusivity for all capacity of emotional spaces and patterns of thought. Currently accepting children ages 6+, individual adults, couples, and families. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and accept all family styles.
