I've been in practice for 20 years and have worked in a variety of settings. My experience has taught me that the most effective way to address issues is to first identify strengths and use those to address weaknesses. I believe that people are driven toward peace and happiness and need to be empowered by identifying goals and creating a plan for achieving those goals. Sessions are always client driven; your treatment must be about your agenda and no one else's.
