Often times, we as humans struggle with bridging the gaps between our values, goals, and our current lived experiences. As a counselor, I am committed to compassionately supporting folks to strengthen their mind-body connection, integrate emotion and reason, and enhance capacity for joy and self-regulation through the therapeutic relationship. I often work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, relationship and family issues, life transitions, and processing traumatic events. I aim to orient my practice towards empowerment and liberation. My clinical style balances compassion with directness.
