Hi, I’m Rebecca (she/her). I’m a licensed therapist in both New York and California with over a decade of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. My background includes working in substance use treatment settings, as well as in college counseling at both a large state university and a small liberal arts college. I take a collaborative, personalized approach to therapy—combining my professional expertise with a genuine curiosity about who you are as a person. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.
