I believe we all have challenges and hardships to manage and overcome. And sometimes we need extra support to help us get unstuck and move forward. My approach is to meet you where you are in a safe place, without judgement, and with hope so you can become the best version of yourself. "An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. When life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means it's going to launch you into something great. So just focus, and keep aiming". I graduated from Fairfield University and have my license in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, and couples and extensive experience working with the severely mentally ill in an inpatient psychiatric hospital as well as working in an outpatient clinic and a group home.
