I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who helps young adults and adults manage stress, anxiety, and the lingering effects of past experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity. I believe that therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself without judgment. Many of my clients come to therapy during times of change such as starting college, beginning a new job, navigating relationships, or adjusting to the challenges of parenting. Others are healing from trauma, burnout, or self-doubt and want to feel more grounded and confident.
