Are struggling with stress, low self-esteem, trauma, or just every day functioning? Do you feel out of balance and overwhelmed with work, home, or in your relationships? Then you have taken a step in the right direction. I have a passion for working with all ages, first responders and their families, and anyone who is ready to start making changes to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. Together we can find ways to overcome the struggles you are currently experiencing. The areas I am most comfortable with include; working with individuals who have experienced trauma (and all that comes along with that), parenting, anxiety, and depression.
