I provide culturally informed mental health services for adolescents and adults ages 14–40, supporting clients through life’s challenges to promote emotional well-being and healthy living. Many individuals experience symptoms such as depression, anxiety, anger, emotion dysregulation, withdrawal, suicidal thoughts and other concerns due to stressors related to socialization, self-esteem, relationships, family, life transitions, and more. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore these experiences, build effective coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life—for yourself or your child.
