You are taking an important step by seeking out therapy. Life can be intense and unpredictable and we all need support! I primarily work with young adults, couples, and individuals through all developmental stages in life. I love supporting young adults in their transition into adulthood. Further, I support individuals caring for aging parents and spouses and honoring the grief that these new life stages present. I am here to be with you in your process of growth and change as you reconnect to your essence and joy. I utilize a warm, strength based, trauma informed, holistic, and collaborative approach to help you reach your goals, release what is no longer serving you, and connect to the essence of who you are and where you feel in alignment with your values, purpose, and inherent worthiness. I am trained in EMDR, narrative, relational, and somatic approaches.
