Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking long-term healing, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we can explore issues that may be holding you back from achieving your goals and identify strategies for moving forward. The hope is that you leave each session feeling more confident in your ability to handle your week ahead. My practice is strengths-based and client-centered. I believe that every individual has the capacity and personal strengths to bring about change in their lives. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am trained in several evidence-based modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
