Life can be challenging causing us to feel overwhelmed and even lost at times. I recognize it can be difficult to be vulnerable and reach out for help. My goal is to build a trusting relationship with my clients, while supporting and guiding you on your journey to finding peace within, realizing your potential, and living a fulfilling life despite your life challenges. I strongly believe in meeting people where they are at on their journey we refer to as life. I believe it is important to address the "whole" person by focusing on the relationship between the mind, body and spirit.
