Maybe embarrassment has made it harder to ask for help, or you live in a rural area where specialized care isn’t available. I want you to know that you're not alone. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or executive functioning challenges, we’ll work together to reduce the psychological symptoms that often accompany pelvic health issues. As part of Restoration Medicine’s (RM) pelvic health care team, I provide trauma-informed clinical therapy via telehealth.
