Sometimes life is hard. It can be difficult to make it through. Things may pile on, one after another, and just when we think it can’t get worse, it does. Sometimes we forget who we are, our purpose in life, and our value. If this sounds like you, know that you are not alone. It would be my pleasure to sit with you, hear you, see you. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of counseling. It is through the relationship that healing and change occur. I offer individual therapy sessions for a variety of mental health disorders.
