We specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. We are strength based and often use an eye movement therapy called Accelerated Resolution Therapy . Symptoms of anxiety and depression can stem from experiences in the past, and ART gets at the heart of the problem to help you quickly move forward by using the latest brain science. We see clients for short term therapy to reduce trauma symptoms and restore resilience. We specialize in working with first responders and first responder couples.
