I'm an experienced clinician who specializes working with children and families experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression and difficulty adjusting to life stressors. I work with neurodivergent children. Experienced working with schools and special education. I work with adults to address anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, trauma ,life changes, chronic health issues, aging, grief and loss. I provide a supportive environment in which to address problems and create positive change, find realistic and creative strategies using a variety of therapy strategies that are individualized to meet the needs of my clients.
