I believe therapy is workshopping the relationship between one's physiological experience, intellectual or spiritual experience, and environment. My specialties include working with youth, adolescents, people with developmental disabilities in supported living, and those facing chronic severe mental health issues and homelessness, as well as mild to moderate anxiety and depression. There is no manual for how these experiences interact, and it is crucial to have a safe, competent space to explore where these relationships cause friction.
