It's very rewarding, as a therapist, to see people consistently make progress. I received counseling when I was very young, and I believe that helped change the course of my life, allowing me to become the person I wanted to be. Now, as an OCD specialist, I've been told that I have a warm personality and can put people at ease. Having experienced OCD myself, I know the pain of it and the relief of a diagnosis. This personal journey motivated me to specialize in OCD and to help others find relief. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD.
