Do you need someone to talk to because life is to tough? Unmanageable? You don’t have to suffer in silence. My goal has always been to empower individuals to work through challenging situations and find the inner strength to overcome life’s hardships or loss. I know it is sometimes difficult to share personal information, but my hope is that I make you feel comfortable, safe and heard. I want to make a difference and if given the opportunity I will navigate this journey with you. Over the last 33 years, I have provided counseling services to individuals who have experienced anxiety disorder, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem and divorce. In addition, I have worked with single parents, at-risk youth, migrants, couples, parents that have children with Asperger's Syndrome, developmentally disabled children and adults.
