Together we can explore what it means to be human, to embody compassion towards oneself and others, to hold both joy and sorrow, to experience connection, to move away from internalized messages that no longer serve you, to bridge our past to our future and be present in our experiences and relationships. My clinical work at agency, school-based settings, and within private practice has served children, adolescents, couples, and families, as well as individual and group counseling services. My practice is trauma informed & experienced in the treatment of foster care and adoption-related issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and perinatal mental health.
