Current events, traumatic events, major life changes, and even just the ongoing stress of daily living can become too much to cope with effectively. That's when a mental health specialist can help. My goal is to work with you to help you find your balance once again. Life doesn't have to be overwhelming: You can gain resiliency and the strength to life live to its fullest. For those who desire to incorporate their Christian faith in their therapy, I am honored to provide a Christian perspective on mental health. Not accepting new clients.
