Having a law enforcement background for over 20 years has made me passionate about serving the first responders and veteran communities. I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals in high-stress professions and I’m passionate about providing specialized care to help clients build resilience, navigate trauma, and foster a well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, divorce, perimenopause/menopause, domestic violence, co-dependency, and grief.
