Whether you have experienced concerns with your emotions or mental health, trauma, couples issues, or have just got to a point in your life where you did everything right, but you don't feel happy; I would love the opportunity to try and help. I treat a variety of mental health and emotional issues. I believe that therapy should not only address mental health symptoms but also help people develop an ability to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I specialize in using a variety of evidence-based treatments to help people change what they can and learn acceptance and compassion for the rest.
