I work with adults dealing with traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression and other life challenges. I take an individualized approach, using various modalities depending on your goals for treatment. I believe in helping people help themselves, and will work with you to recognize and build on the strengths and skills you already have, to create the changes you want in your life. I have over 20 years of experience working with people across the life span in both in and outpatient hospitals, community mental health settings and now, private practice. I believe in a wholistic perspective that serves to treat the whole person- mind, body and spirit.
